Shipping & Delivery

 

Delivery of your purchased items is done with great care. Once your payment has been processed, we will organise for your products to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Notification with tracking details will be sent to you once your product has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless they are because of manufacturing faults.


Please note: 

Most orders take 1-3 days to complete the verification, packing and dispatch process.

 

Important Information

We pick, pack and process your order as speedily as possible once your payment details have been confirmed. As such we are unable to make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing items from your order. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

 

Australian Deliveries

3-15 Business days ‘Receipted Delivery'.

 

Please note that peak seasons such as; Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year etc. and public holiday's can impact on courier and postal service deliveries, and may result in longer delivery times.

 

Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer and require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. When using this service, we GUARANTEE the delivery of your parcel. However, if delivery issue does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service.

 

International Deliveries

7-30 Business days ‘Receipted Delivery’. *Deliveries outside of a metropolitan area may take longer.

This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.  If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Service.

 

Please Note:

International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

  1. Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country

  2. Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.

  3. Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

  4. Women Love Shoes accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid.

Please Note:

For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we use 'Paypal' as our preferred payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Paypal offers both 'Credit Card' and 'Debit Card' payments which are instant.

Easy Returns & Refunds

 

For faulty products, we offer a 30 day replacement, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

 

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or where appropriate provide you with a refund for the value of the faulty product.

 

Please note:

Postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 to 15 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  1. Your full name

  2. Your order number

  3. Reason why you are returning the product

  4. Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

 

Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

 

Policy For Returning Your Product

  1. The product labels are still attached to the product.

  2. The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)

  3. The product has not been damaged or soiled.

  4. The product has not been altered by you in any way.

  5. The product is accompanied by the original receipt.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our sale items.
