What Is PayPal?

 

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. It can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). Your card number is not revealed during the payment process as it is securely encrypted through PayPal’s server thereby limiting risks of unauthorised use and access.

 
After Making A Payment, Can I Change My Billing Or Shipping Information?

 

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched, we may be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

 
How Do I Know If My Payment Has Been Received?

 

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit our website and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If we have received payment, the order status will show “Processing”.

 
Do You Provide An Invoice?

 

Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

 
Can I Use Other Payment Methods To Pay For The Order?

 

Yes, absolutely. For your convenience, we also accept payment via 'Direct Deposit'. You can view all our payment methods on the 'checking out' page.

 
Why Are Our Prices So Low?

 

  1. We use Web sales cutting out the high cost of a store rental and sales staff wages - this saves upto 15% of the retail price.

  2. We purchase our goods directly from the factory, cutting expenditure by removing intermediate agencies, such as exporters, importers, retailers etc. - this saves upto 25% of the retail price.

  3. We use standardised, low-cost, and environmentally friendly packaging and materials - this saves upto 10% of the retail price.

 

In view of the above cost reduction activities, we are able to sell at 50% off retail store prices.

 
Can I Get A Discount If I Make A Larger Order?

 

Yes, the more you purchase, the higher the discount. If you are interested in purchasing more than 500AUD, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please email us and be sure to include the following information:

  1. The product(s) that you are interested in

  2. The exact order quantity for each product

  3. Your desired timeframe

  4. Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes

 
Will I Face The Problem Of The Customs In My Country?

 

We have good experience with customs clearance, and will usually mark your package as 'gift' and declare it with a lower value so as to help you recieve your package quickly and safely - we do not add any additional charges or fees for this service.
