Selecting Your Correct Shoe Size...

Be sure to measure both of your feet and fit shoes to the larger foot. If you are taking your own measurements a more accurate measurement is ensured if you sit on a chair. It is important not to assume your shoe size is the same it has always been, the shape of a woman’s foot changes over time. If you are planning to wear socks with your new shoes be sure to have them on when you measure your foot.

Whilst seated, place foot on a piece of paper in front of you. With a pencil, trace around foot. Hold the pencil as straight up as possible while measuring and ensure the pencil remains in contact with your foot during this process. With a ruler measure the distance between the two points on your drawing, reduce this number by 5mm, and the result is your foot length and the number you will use to determine your shoe size.
